Delete your IConverter account

Delete in the app

• Open IConverter.
• Sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Go to Me / Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Review the warning and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email support with the subject IConverter Account Deletion Request. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.

• The email address or sign-in provider used for the IConverter account.
• Approximate account creation or last sign-in time, if known.
• Any task ID or purchase context only if it helps identify the account.

What deletion covers

Account deletion removes or unlinks account profile data, authentication identities, active sessions, and associated account records that are no longer required. Some purchase, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required by marketplace policies or law.
